Two good things

We’ve been on lockdown now for four weeks now, and I’ve been working 16-18 hour days for most of that, weekends included. The two things are related and there’s no end in sight for either. But two other things help me feel a tiny bit human notwithstanding:

First, I got a haircut today! After the longest unshorn interval of my adult life, Justin took the clippers to my tresses and left me feeling like a new man.

Second, a few nights ago Justin showed up with a rower, medicine ball, and some weights from an enterprising local CrossFit gym that was willing to rent them to us for the duration of the shutdown. So I can squeeze in some exercise between interminable conference calls or at 2am before bed.

Here’s to keeping it together despite the chaos!
