Stolen!

At 10am today I unloaded groceries from my car. At 12:30pm I went back k down into the garage to leave for a wedding—only to find, well, nothing; an empty stall (that’s mine in the middle) and no car to be found!

So I called the police to start the process of filing the stolen vehicle report and called Justin to let him know that he’d need to drive.

The wedding was lovely and I managed not to worry about the car too much. But not I’m back at the house waiting for the police to come and finish the in person part of the report and wondering if I need to start cancelin my meetings tomorrow so that I can finish working through all the insurance Jake that is sure to follow. Just what I want to be doing on the hottest day in recorded seattle history. Sigh.
