Thanksgiving was lovely and I’ll put up some pictures when my sister sends me some… and in the meantime we’re moving full steam into Christmas!

This year I decided the back yard needed some Christmas cheer. Little used in prior years, during the pandemic it has become my primary entrance. It’s cozy and private (surprisingly so, for fronting a busy street), and I wanted to bring in some light and more fresh greens during this dark time of year.

It turned out beautifully and now all I need to do is figure out how to sync the smart outdoor plug with my phone so I can turn the lights on and off without climbing through the bushes in the rain.
